An established business, North Shore Design & Joinery wanted a new brand identity and website to accommodate their business growth, showcase their cabinetry projects and reflect their attention to detail. As joinery specialists, they design, fabricate and install bespoke cabinetry and fitted furniture for exceptional homes in the North Shore, Hills District and the Northern Beaches, in New South Wales, Australia.
Working closely with the founder and director Bob Newcomb, we undertook a brand refresh encompassing a new logo, brand identity and website. Essentially, North Shore Design & Joinery wanted its website to reflect its ethos of innovation, warmth and refined workmanship, and demonstrate its capabilities in the field, which encompassed design, fabrication & installation services from design through to completion of each project.
With a relaxed, natural colour palette and bold yet straightforward typography selection, we designed an identity to reflect North Shore Design & Joinery's pursuit of perfection, through their considered attention to detail, striving for precision and excellence in quality and customer service. The main logo mark is based on the graphic of measuring scales.
