At Somewhere—Something, our roots in architecture and music shape our understanding of the world, grounding us in rhythm, structure, and the space between.
We see design as a continuous journey of exploration, research, and reflection.
While our outputs may vary, our aim is always to capture the unique essence of each project with honesty, care, and clarity.
We craft visual identities to tell brand stories for people and small businesses.
To be heard is a fundamental human need, but connecting with someone who understands, the moment of resonance—when perspectives align—is what gives our work meaning.
Bruno Munari once said, “Everything we see communicates something.” We believe this holds true across all our senses. The world speaks to us not just through sight but through taste, touch, sound—every encounter is a piece of the puzzle, shaping our understanding of who we are and how we exist in this world.
Every experience we have—eating, working, losing ourselves in music, watching the seasons change, or simply drifting through quiet moments—forms the intricate pattern of our existence. Our choices, from the environments we inhabit to the things we surround ourselves with, shape who we are and how we live, think, and feel.
As a design practice, we keep the conversation alive—with our clients, the world, and ourselves. We search for unique truths and express them through design that connects, resonates, and brings joy.
And within that joy, there’s a question—maybe two:
Where do businesses fit in this constantly shifting world?
How should the relationship between business and consumer evolve in the years ahead?
This perspective guides us to find focus in the chaos. We see everything as interconnected—the systems, the networks, the infrastructures, and the collaborations.
What makes it all compelling is the unique journey each of us takes.
We’re drawn to ideas like circular economies, systems thinking, and the different frequencies of communication that can help us solve the problems we face today—and the ones that lie ahead.
We’re always looking for what unites us, whether that’s within our own studio or through the relationships we build with the people we work with.
