Sourdough Mate
Sourdough Mate began as a homegrown pursuit on the Mornington Peninsula—an artisan’s curiosity turned daily ritual. Founder Anh Rattigan, a mother and lifelong baker, created a small but thoughtful offering: practical, well-made tools for anyone eager to master sourdough at home.
Our role was to bring definition to this instinctive craft. We shaped a brand identity that translates Anh’s generosity and love for baking into a clear, adaptable visual language—one that can grow alongside her community.
The result is a brand that feels human and warm, with just enough playfulness to mirror the joy of a loaf pulled fresh from the oven. It is approachable, connected, and intentionally simple: a companion for those at the beginning of their sourdough journey, and a steady guide for those already deep in the fold.
